We test on the basis of the guidelines that we have drawn up within our code of conduct for Status Holders Netherlands partners. For each part of our guidelines, we indicate on this page how you can or must comply with them. We also have our conditions below.
As a member of Status Holders Netherlands you always state your name, address, email, telephone number and Chamber of Commerce where you are registered in brochures, on the internet and booking confirmations. You ensure that you are also available outside office hours for the customer in case of an emergency. For activities outside the company or office, you always clearly state under whose responsibility the activity takes place.
With regard to services and products, you strictly adhere to the rules of the Advertising Code, offers and services and you follow the rulings of the Advertising Code Committee. You also work in accordance with the rules of ACM NL for the provision of services and products.
You have liability insurance that meets the national minimum requirements.
You try to prevent complaints. In the event of a complaint, you ensure correct and timely handling of the complaint. In the event of a dispute, the customer can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee. You will strictly follow the rulings of the Disputes Committee.
After the client, customer/consumer has agreed to a service or product, he/she will receive a contract from you. There must be some important things on this contract.
You ensure that your customers can book and pay in a safe way by means of SSL encryption on your website. You can recognize this by the lock in the address bar (HTTPS).
For the proper execution of your services, you ensure that your employees become, are and remain professionally competent.
You protect the privacy of the customer/consumer. You inform your customers and website visitors about the way in which you handle their personal data via a privacy and cookie policy. You only pass on customer data if this is important for the correct execution of your services or services of your engaged partner. As a customer, he/she has the right to inspect the data collected by you from him/her. The customer also has the right to change and delete this data.
